FAQ

  • What does “Awaiting Fulfillment” mean?

    • “Awaiting Fulfillment” means that we have your order in our queue to be pulled/printed and shipped. Once we ship your order shipped out, the status will be changed to “Shipped” and we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order on the USPS website.

  • How long do orders take to ship?

    • Because we print everything on-demand, it typically takes us between 2-5 business days to complete orders and get them shipped out. We are a small company and sometimes aren’t able to keep up with the demand for our shirts, but we also don’t want to sacrifice quality for speed, so if we do take a couple days, it’s not because we forgot about you or your order - we just want to make sure we are sending you the best item we can make!

    • If you’re ever curious about the status of a shipped order, you can contact us at support@curbsideclothing.com but you would probably have more luck by contacting your local USPS directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the only way we have to track where an order goes is through the USPS tracking number, so they will usually have more information.

  • I ordered something but want to return it for an exchange/refund/store credit. What do I do?

    • We totally understand if you're not 100% satisfied with our shirts and have tried to make our returns process as easy and painless as possible.

    • All you need to do is send the items to the following address within 30 days from when the order was delivered, along with a description of the requested action within. Your order should have come with a packing slip that has a return form that you can fill out to give us this info, but if you don’t have it, you can just include a note as long as we know who is sending the item and what you are requesting

    • We don’t mind if you try an item on, but we ask that it isn’t worn more than that and that the shirts aren’t washed. We aren’t able to re-sell anything that has been worn or washed, so those items would only qualify for store credit equal to 50% of the item's value when it was purchased.

    • Our policy is that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to us, but we pay to ship items back in the event of an exchange. The cheapest/fastest option for shipping would be to go through USPS either Ground Advantage or Priority.

    • We process returns on Thursdays and Fridays. Once an exchange has been put into production to be printed, it usually takes about 2-3 business days before it is shipped out. So, an exchange can take about 5-7 business days to ship from when we receive it. Refunded orders can take up to a business day before the amount is reflected on your card. If you requested store credit, it will be applied directly to your account on the day that it is processed.

    • Please note that there are NO RETURNS on Grab Bag purchases and all sales are FINAL.
  • When I send an exchange in, how will I know when it is received and processed?

    • Turnaround time for returns can vary and we don’t have a process in place yet for notifying customers when we receive the items. If you are asking for a refund, we are usually able to process that within 1 or 2 business days from when we receive the return (and then it takes up to a business day for the refund to be reflected on your card). Please note that we do not offer refunds for the shipping charge for any orders at this time unless there was a mistake made on our end.

    • Just like with normal orders, some exchanges can take longer than others. Once an exchange has been put into production to be printed, it usually takes about 2-3 business days before it is shipped out (although, this can vary depending on if we have the supplies ready to print for it).

    • When we ship an exchange out, we will send an email with tracking. Please note that the email that is sent is generated based on the original order, so it will show the old items are being shipped to you even though we are sending the requested exchanges.

  • Why does international shipping cost $35?
    • Unfortunately, shipping outside of the US is still pretty expensive for us, so we do have to charge a flat rate of $35 at this time per order. The good thing about this is that the price of shipping won't go up as you add items to your order. So, you could order 1 shirt or 10 shirts and the price will still be $35.
    • Please note that there is a chance that you will have to pay for customs, depending on where your order is shipping to.
    • At this time we are also unable to ship internationally other than to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope to be able to ship to more countries in the near future.
  • What’s the fastest way to reach someone if I have questions about my order?

    • The fastest way would be to email us at support@curbsideclothing.com, but you can also call us at 721-256-2621 and leave a message.

    • We have been experiencing issues with our emails being sent to Junk/Spam folders for certain emails including those using Hotmail, Outlook, and some Gmail accounts. If you email us and haven't heard back within 1 business day, please check your Junk/Spam folder to see if our response was sent there.
  • What are the shirts made of?

    • Most of our shirts are made of a triblend of 50% Polyester/25% Cotton/25% Rayon but our BOGO shirts are all either 100% Cotton or 50% Cotton/50% Polyester. We list the material for each individual shirt on its product page underneath the description.

  • What size should I get?

    • It depends on the style as well as how you like your shirts to fit. The men’s shirts all typically run true-to-size, but they are a little more fitted than normal tees, so you may want to size up if you like to have a little extra room in your shirts.

    • The women’s t-shirts run a size or two small, but the women’s dolman t-shirts and boyfriend shirts are less fitted, so they typically run true-to-size.

    • We are in the process of updating that page, though, so if you can’t find a specific style, email us at support@curbsideclothing.com and we will send you the measurements.
  • Are your shirts pre-shrunk?

    • Yes, although we have heard that if they aren’t properly washed, they may shrink a little. So, we always recommend to wash the shirts cold and tumble dry on low.

    • Please note: We are not able to accept any returned shirts if they have been washed.
  • I like this shirt, but I want it on a different color. Can you do that?

    • Some of our Men's T-Shirts and Women's Unisex t-shirts are available in multiple colors but at this time, we aren't able to offer anything that isn't shown on our website.

  • Are you accepting new art?

    • Although we aren’t currently looking for new artists at this time, we are always accepting portfolio submissions at info@curbsideclothing.com. Someone will take a look when they get a chance and if we feel that your style would be a good fit for the Curbside Brand, we will definitely be in touch.
  • What is the best way to keep up-to-date on what's happening at Curbside?
    • The best way to keep track of what we have going on is to sign up for our newsletter (which you can do here), check out our journal, or follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Not only will we keep you informed on when we have new designs or sales available, but you can also get an inside look at what's going on behind the scenes at Curbside!
  • Why didn't my coupon code work?
    • If you signed up for our email list and your coupon code didn't work, there could be a couple reasons. The code doesn't have a time expiration on it but it does expire after its first use.
    • If a coupon code is given during a sale period, the code will adjust with the pre-existing discount so you get the offered discount. The discount is for the retail price of the item on our site, not the sale price.
    • Sale items like Grab Bags and our $18 Shirts are also not eligible for any discounts or coupon codes since the items themselves are already heavily discounted from their original prices.
  • How do Gift Certificates work?
    • Gift Certificates can be found here. All you need to do is enter in your name and email, the recipient's name and email, a message (which is optional), and then select the amount. The gift certificate will then be sent to the recipient via email and they will have a code they can use at checkout. If there is any balance left on the certificate, that is saved for the next purchase - they would just need to enter that same code.
    • To save on resources, we don't have a physical copy of the certificate, but some of our customers who wanted to give the certificate in-person have sent the code to themselves and then written it down on a personalized note. We recommend either method!
